Refund policy
At NatuvaWear, all products are printed on demand just for you once you place an order. Because of this, we handle refunds and returns differently than traditional retailers.
1. Reporting Defects, Damage or Errors
If your order arrives with:
📌 Defects
📌 Incorrect printing
📌 Manufacturing errors
You must report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please include clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue.
If we confirm the issue was our fault, we will:
✔ Replace the item at our expense
✔ Assist you through the process
2. Lost in Transit
If your package is lost during shipping, you must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier and assist you.
3. Change of Mind and Sizing
Because our products are made specifically for each order:
🚫 We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Ordering the wrong product or variant
We recommend using our Size Guide before placing your order.
Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
4. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is returned because:
- The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- The customer did not collect the package
You are responsible for re-shipment costs if a corrected address is provided.
If a returned package cannot be re-shipped within 30 days, it may be donated or disposed of.
5. No Refund Without a Report
Please contact us before returning any item.
Unauthorized or unreported returns may not be accepted or refunded.
6. EU Consumer Notice
For EU customers, under EU law the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
